It is easy to come up with superficial solutions to your problems, without understand the root cause. However, that is short-lived and doesn’t actually address the problem. So we spend tons of time trying to understand the real problem.

“We are already using <famous database> would your solution work with it?” Technology is an enabler – it will work the way one intends to. It’s the humans and processes that cause things to work (or NOT).
SOFTWARE IS A SERVICE
Gone are the days of extensive software development and customisations – and expensive long-term contracts. We believe it is the value derived out of the software that requires focus. So we don’t have long and expensive contracts.
